We have been made aware of customers receiving an automated message claiming to be from Rainbow Communications (and other Service Providers) stating that broadband service will be cut off if payment is not received – then being told to select a number to make payment.

These calls are not being made by Rainbow Communications – we would never use an automated message to contact customers regarding payment of services.

We would advise that if you receive one of these calls you immediately disconnect the call and do not progress to selecting a payment option – you should also report this to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
