Severe wintry weather conditions, including snow and freezing temperatures, resulting in icy conditions, are affecting Northern Ireland, which is being further exacerbated by Storm Emma. These conditions have impacted homes and businesses throughout the country, affecting power and transport networks – we also expect this to affect the Telecoms network.
It is our intention to deliver service and meet appointments as scheduled, but due to continuing severe weather conditions and treacherous driving conditions, which are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee all appointments will be met.
