As you will be aware Storm Eleanor passed across Northern Ireland last night and challenging conditions continue this morning. This powerful storm has impacted homes and businesses throughout the country, affecting power and telcom networks, and also our transport network.
Whilst we are not fully aware of the impact we felt it important to let you know that we’ve put measures in place for increased resource within Rainbow to deal with issues arising from the storm with our Customer Service and Engineering departments working extended hours and being supported by our Administration Teams.
We must also stress that due to the potential wide spectrum of issues which may arise we will have to priorities problems reported to us, which may mean that we cannot immediately deal with your issue but we are committed to assisting you as quickly and effectively as possible.
